Mrs. Young is the Prevention Specialist for Mt. Sinai Church/ Teens Aggressively Taking “U”thority (TATU) a prevention program geared towards African American youth ages 12-18 to build strong character and prevent the use of tobacco alcohol, and other drugs. Her duties include providing workshops and technical support to area churches and community agencies as it relates to prevention, education, policy, health disparities, media, and awareness, securing resources that assist in the empowerment of youth. Mrs. Young also acts as the Chairperson for the MOTAC Media Committee which works to develop the universal media campaign and outreach media campaign and various other activities that promotes MOTAC's mission in the Omaha community. She is married to Terry L. Young, mother of eight, and grandmother of two.

Dustin A. Perchal is the American Cancer Society Grassroots Manager for Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in May 2007 with degrees in Political Science and International Studies. As an American Cancer Society Grassroots Manager, Dustin works to support the mission of the American Cancer Society and the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) by recruiting, training, motivating, and mobilizing volunteers to influence legislators and voters towards passage of priority cancer legislation.

Megan R. Franklin, the Tobacco Prevention Specialist for PRIDE-OMAHA, Inc. joined MOTAC's coalition in the fall of 2006. Megan is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln and holds a masters in social work from the University of Michigan. Megan also currently serves as the Chairperson for MOTAC's Clean Indoor Air Committee and has been deeply involved in the development of MOTAC's soon to be released media campaign throughout Douglas County. Megan has served on a variety of coalitions and been a part of several advocacy efforts in Nebraska, Michigan and Mississippi.
